 Welcome to Tracebridge Sourdough & Fermenteria. Our classes resume in September. We are selling our bread and ferments alongside groceries from small local producers in our online Shop. We have baking ingredients and home fermenting kits and there are recipes, tips and resources on the website. And you can order a takeaway pizza on Fridays.

Pizza Nights

Pizza Nights have resumed for locals and established customers, and in addition we are offering a takeaway pizza between 5pm-8pm on Fridays. You can order a takeaway through the Shop, open on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You can also make your own sourdough pizzas at home with one of our kits, they come with making and baking instructions and videos. Buy the pizza kits in our Shop.
