Fleur, Katie and Gordon run a range of classes for beginners to the more experienced bakers and fermenters.
Fleur’s Sourdough for the home baker class is our introductory sourdough class - no need for any baking experience. Her Advanced sourdough class is for more experienced bakers. Fleur also teaches our Viennoiserie class making croissants and danish pastries.
Fleur, Katie and Gordon share the teaching for our fun Italian breads and pizza class, no experience needed.
Katie’s fermented foods and drinks classes provide you with all you need to start fermenting delicious veg and drinks yourself.
All full-day classes include a delicious vegetarian lunch and there is always lots to take home. Click on the individual class for more details.
We are located 15 minutes off Junction 26 or 27 M5. Our closest station is Tiverton Parkway, and nearest town, Wellington, Somerset.
Katie and Fleur will both travel to your home to give you a tailor made sourdough, patisserie or fermenting class.

Our Baking Classes start from £99 per day for a class with a maximum of 6 people. Our Fermented Foods classes cost £95 per day for a maximum of 9/10 people.

Gift vouchers are available. Send £99 or £95 and your address and we will post one to you or your giftee.
A full refund will be given if you cancel your class up to 14 days before the class. After that if we can re-sell your place we will give you a refund. We occasionally have to cancel a class due to circumstances outside our control and will refund you in full. The cancellations policy includes places booked with a gift voucher.
We offer up to 50% bursary for our Sourdough for the home baker and fermenting classes to people baking in a community project or social context – please ask.
