Our classes started with Sourdough for the Home Baker, taught by Gordon in our small bakery. Now Gordon, Katie and Fleur run a range of baking classes taking you from the beginner to the more experienced baker as well as fermented foods and drinks classes.
All full-day classes include a delicious vegetarian lunch and there is always lots to take home. Click on the individual class for more details.
Our Baking Classes start from £99 per day for a class with a maximum of 6 people. Our Fermented Foods classes cost £95 per day for a maximum of 9/10 people.
The Seaweed Walks and Kraut Making costs £45 for half a day.
If you’d like to join us just email us a confirmation and we will send you BACS details for a £25 deposit or you can pay by cheque to G Woodcock, at Rose Cottage, Tracebridge, Wellington TA21 0HG.
Gift vouchers are available. Send £99 or £95 and your address and we will post one to you or your giftee.
A full refund will be given if you cancel your class up to 14 days before the class. After that if we can re-sell your place we will give you a refund. We occasionally have to cancel a class due to circumstances outside our control and will refund you in full. The cancellations policy includes places booked with a gift voucher.
We offer up to 50% bursary for our Sourdough for the home baker and fermenting classes to people baking in a community project or social context – please ask.
