It all started as a bakery in the woods...

Gordon Woodcock and Katie Venner have been producing wood fired sourdough and pastries at their bakery in Tracebridge, Somerset since 2008. They hold wildly popular pizza nights from Easter to Guy Fawkes and run sourdough classes and patisserie for the home baker.

The class schedule is expanding to include fermented foods, and after hosting their first wedding last year, they're now happily offering their beautiful woodland setting for private functions.
