We have two B&B spaces available for on-site accommodation, the Barn at the Bakery and the Caravan in the Quarry. Both can be booked directly, or through Airbnb.

The Barn at the Bakery

Our B&B ensuite room is in an adjacent barn. The Barn has a comfy double bed with good linen and en-suite shower room. It is adjacent to Rose Cottage with its own front door and its own small south-facing patio with great views across the wooded valley of the River Tone. You can make tea and coffee and there is Wifi and a sofa opposite the view.

We serve a continental breakfast with bread and pastries from the Bakery, homemade preserves and local milk and butter, in Paradise, the room above the barn. When we have guests in our caravan in the quarry you may meet them over breakfast.

We have space to store bicycles and plenty of parking. The Barn has a high step into it and the shower room also has a step up. The Barn is level access from the car parking across gravel.

Rates: one night £50, two nights £90 and further reductions on longer stays, including breakfast. We are listed on Airbnb, or contact us, 01823 672301 to book directly and get the prices above.

Just a few of over 70 reviews...

I can really see why there are so many positive reviews! Truly unique venue and lovely hosts... Pizza night was awesome as well! Would definitely come back.

We visited Katie and Gordon’s amazing caravan in the last few days of October and had the most fun time. The caravan is beautifully looked after and SO COSY! If you are worried about the cold then I would say - don’t! It is not heated but the duvet and blankets they provided kept us warm. You feel like you have the quarry to yourself whilst also being close enough to a proper loo and shower! Pizza night was BRILLIANT. And the breakfast of homemade jams and bread (among other bits!) from Katie and Gordon’s bakery was delicious and really set us up for the day! I can’t wait to stay again!

Katie and Gordon are wonderful hosts. The caravan in the quarry is a unique glamping experience and their whole setup is fantastic. They have worked so hard over the last 9 years carving out a magic woodland haven. Will definitely be returning. Many thanks Trev and Kath
