Baking for Summer - Enriched doughs and pastries

£99 - We will make Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts) and a simple brioche which we will make into sweet and savoury recipes, including a delicious cheese and vegetable bun. You will learn how to adapt these recipes for enriched dough and puff pastry to make a variety of tasty treats.

You will make plenty of pastries for a family to enjoy or you will be able to freeze some as all these recipes freeze well.

Delicious vegetarian lunch included.
