Fermented Foods: One-to-one tutorials in your home

If you are unable to join the classes I offer sessions tailored to your individual needs that will get you started on your fermenting journey. I can come to your home or we can meet in Tracebridge. We will make a sauerkraut and Kimchi, you will sample milk and water kefir and kombucha and you will be provided with all the starter cultures you need. These sessions are charged on an hourly basis.
